Business Profile

The Business Profile module allows users to define and manage key organizational information such as company name, address, currency, time zone, registration details, and user access. This module forms the foundation for system-wide configurations and ensures uniformity across all business operations.

To access the Business Profile, go to: > Home > Application > Administration > Operation > Business Profile

How can I get Benefit ?

• Centralized Management : Maintain all business details in one place.
• Operational Consistency: Automatically apply organization-wide settings such as currency and time zone.
• Regulatory Compliance: Store and manage company registration details and branch locations accurately.
• User Control: Manage and track all system users from a single dashboard.

Properties

Property	Description
Organization Name	Enter the organization name
Address	Enter the organization address
Currency	Select the currency from the dropdown
Time Zone	Select the time zone from the dropdown
Users	View and manage all system users with their respective User IDs and User Names
Location Name	Enter the name of the branch (e.g., Maddilapalem, Gajuwaka)
Print Name	Displays the print name of the organization
Location Code	Displays the location code
Address	Provide the detailed address and postal code of the location
GST No	Displays the GST registration number
Place of Supply	Displays the Place of Supply
Description	Enter the description in the field
Email	Enter the branch email address for correspondence
Mobile No	Provide the contact number for the respective branch
Website URL	Specify the organization’s or branch’s website
Bank Name	Enter the bank name where the branch account is maintained
Bank Account No.	Provide the bank account number used for branch transactions
Bank Branch	Enter the branch name of the bank (e.g., Vepagunta Branch)
IFSC Code	Enter the IFSC code of the bank branch
UPI ID	Provide the UPI ID for digital payments
Logo	Upload the branch logo
Signature	Upload Authorized signature

Create Business Profile

• Go to Business Profile.
• You can view and update the Organization Name and Address.
• Select the Currency and Time Zone from the dropdown.
• Check the Business Registration details.
• Under each registration, you can define multiple Locations/Branches (e.g., MDP – Maddilapalem, GWK – Gajuwaka, GPT – Gopalapatnam).
• Click the Edit icon beside a branch to open the Location Setup screen.

• Upload your Business logo.
• Enter description, email and mobile no, Website URL in the respective fields.
• Enter the bank details like Bank Name, Bank Account number, Branch, IFSC Code.
• Upload the authorized Signature.
• Click Apply to save the location setup.
• Displays the list of users with User ID's and Username.
• Click Save.
