Agent
An Agent refers to a delivery person assigned to a particular branch for handling order delivery. This module helps manage and track all delivery agents across branches within the organization.


To access the Agent, go to: > Home > Application > Delivery> Setup> Agent
How can I get Benefit ?
- Centralized Agent Management: Easily add, edit, or deactivate delivery agents across multiple branches.
- Branch Assignment: Assign agents to specific branches to streamline location-based delivery tracking.
- Real-Time Status Tracking: Toggle agent status (Active/Inactive) for efficient personnel management.
Properties
Primary Properties
| Property | Description |

| User Name | Enter the username in this field |
| Password | Set a password for the agent's login |
| Branch | Select the branch where the agent is assigned |
| Status | Set the agent's status as Active or Inactive |
| Profile Photo | Upload photo for easy identification |
Create New Agent


- Go to the Agent page and click on
Add New.


- Enter the username and password for the agent.
- Select Branch from the dropdown.
- Upload a profile image if needed.
- Click
Save.
Edit Agent
- Navigate to the Agent List.
- Select the desired agent and click
Edit.


- Update required fields such as name, password, branch, or status.
- Click
Save.
Cancel Agent
- Navigate to the Agent List.
- Select the desired agent and click
Delete.


- Click on
Deletebutton to delete the agent.
