Sales Return View
The Sale Return View screen provides a comprehensive overview of all sales return transactions. It enables users to filter and track returned invoices, view return reasons, and manage return-related details efficiently. The screen offers visibility into item returns, quantities, refund methods, and associated adjustments.


To access the Sale Return View, go to: Home > Application > Point Of Sale > Operations > Sale Return View
How can I get Benefit ?
- Track Returns Efficiently : View all sales return transactions in a single screen, organized by date, user.
- Improve Customer Service : Easily process and document item returns, ensuring a smoother experience for customers.
- Manage Refunds and Credit Notes : Record refund details including cash, card, UPI, or credit note issuance accurately.
- Generate Reports : Export and print return invoices in multiple formats for documentation or review.

Primary Properties

Viewing Sale Return Between Dates
- Go to the Sales Return View screen.


- Select the From Date and To Date.
- Select a User if you want to filter by user-wise.
- Click
Show. - The list will display all sales return's generated within the selected date range.
Print Sale Return Report
- Click on the
Reportsicon. - Select the desired format (e.g., Modern-Common-A4) and click
Apply.


- Click the
Printicon in the respective row. - Preview the report and proceed to print.
