Group Summary

An Accounts Group Summary is a consolidated report that provides an overview of the financial status and performance of a specific group of accounts. It summarizes key financial data, including balances, transactions, and trends, to aid in analysis and decision-making.

Primary Properties

Account GroupYou can select from a variety of categories, such as Accounts Payable, Receivable etc
From DateYou can select the start date for the report
To DateYou can select the end date for the report

Group Summary Report

  • Select the Account Group such as Liabilities, Accounts Payable, Receivable etc.
  • Set the From Date and To Date to define the period for the report.
  • Click on Show

  • This report provides the particulars, including credit, debit, opening debit, opening credit, current debit, and current credit for the selected account group within the specified date range.

Account Ledger Month View

  • By double-clicking on any of the particulars, you can view the account ledger month view report, providing detailed transaction information for that specific period.

Account Ledger Summary

  • When you double-click on the ledger monthly view report, the Account Ledger Summary Report will open, displaying detailed account transactions and balances for that specific month.

Edit Transaction in Ledger Summary

  • Choose the transaction and double click on it.

Editing a Purchase Voucher is not allowed after it's been recorded.

Delete Transaction in Ledger Summary

  • Choose the transaction and double click on it.
