Register
The Material Issue Register provides a detailed record of all materials issued from the system, listed with challan details and transaction values. It helps businesses monitor stock movements, track issued quantities, and maintain proper accountability of outward materials across branches.


To access the Register, go to: Home > Application > Reports > Inventory > Material Issue > Register
How can I get Benefit ?
- Comprehensive Tracking : View complete details of each issued material and transaction data.
- Customer Analysis : Track materials issued to different customers.
- Quantity Monitoring : We can Compare issued and returned quantities to avoid material loss.
- Branch-level Visibility : Generate register reports for specific branches or for the entire organization.

Primary Properties

Material Issue Register Reports


- Select the Branch from the dropdown.
- Set the From Date and To Date to define the period for the report.
- Click on
Showbutton.


- The report provides a detailed view of all material issues within the selected date range.
Grouping in Material Issue Register
The Material Issue Register supports drag-and-drop grouping to organize data more effectively.
- Drag a column header (e.g., Customer, date) and drop it into the grouping panel above the table.
- The report will then display results grouped under that column.


- Multiple columns can be grouped together (e.g., first by Customer, then by MI No).
- Each group can be expanded or collapsed for better readability.
