Summary
The Material Issue Summary provides a consolidated overview of all material issues recorded in the system, grouped by product categories and items. It helps businesses analyze outward stock movement, monitor issued quantities, and reconcile material dispatches across different branches or customers.


To access the Summary, go to: Home > Application > Reports > Inventory > Material Issue > Summary
How can I get Benefit ?
- Category-wise Analysis : View issued materials summarized under groups, categories, and products.
- Outward Tracking : Monitor materials issued to different customers
- Branch-level Visibility :Generate summaries branch-wise or for the entire organization.
- Quick Verification : Helps in validating issued materials against stock balances and returns.

Primary Properties

Material Issue Summary Reports


- Select the Branch from the dropdown.
- Set the From Date and To Date to define the period for the report.
- Click on
Showbutton.


- The report provides a summarized view of all material issues within the selected date range.
- The Details includes Group, Category, Product, Quantity and Amount.
Grouping in Material Issue Summary
The Material Issue Summary supports drag-and-drop grouping to organize data more effectively.
- Drag a column header (e.g., Group, Category, or Product) and drop it into the grouping panel above the table.
- The report will then display results grouped under that column.


- Multiple columns can be grouped together (e.g., first by Group, then by Product).
- Each group can be expanded or collapsed for better readability.
