Summary
The Purchase Invoice Summary gives a detailed snapshot of purchase invoices within the system, grouped by product categories and items. It helps businesses track invoice values, analyse purchasing trends, and verify financial accuracy across different branches or vendors.


To access the Summary, go to: Home > Application > Reports > Inventory > Purchase Invoice > Summary
How can I get Benefit ?
- Category-wise Analysis : View invoices summarized under groups, categories, and products.
- Financial Tracking : Instantly compare invoice values, taxable amounts, and tax amounts.
- Branch-level Visibility : Generate summaries branch-wise or for the entire organization.

Purchase Invoice Summary Reports


- Select the Branch from the dropdown.
- Set the From Date and To Date to define the period for the report.
- Click on
Showbutton.


- The report provides a summarized view of purchase invoices within the selected date range.
- Details include Group, Category, Product, Quantity, Taxable Amount, Tax Amount, and Net Invoice Value.
Grouping in Purchase Invoice Summary
The Purchase Invoice Summary supports drag-and-drop grouping to organize data effectively.
- Drag a column header (e.g., Group, Category, or Product) and drop it into the grouping panel above the table.
- The report will then display results grouped under that column.


- Multiple columns can be grouped together (e.g., first by Group, then by Category).
- Each group can be expanded or collapsed for better readability.
