Register
The Transfer Out Register provides a complete record of all outward stock transferred from one location to another within the system. It helps businesses monitor inter-branch stock movement, validate transfer references, and maintain accurate inventory updates across different locations.
To access the Register, go to: Home > Application > Reports > Inventory > Transfer Out > Register

Transfer Out Register Reports
- Select the Branch from the dropdown.
- Set the From Date and To Date to define the period for the report.
- Click on
Showbutton.
- The report provides a detailed view of all transfer out transactions within the selected date range.
Grouping in Transfer Out Register
The Transfer Out Register supports drag-and-drop grouping to organize data more effectively.
- Drag a column header (e.g., Transfer No, Date) and drop it into the grouping panel above the table.
- The report will then display results grouped under that column.
- Multiple columns can be grouped together (e.g., first by Date, then by Transfer No).
- Each group can be expanded or collapsed for better readability.
