Summary
The Transfer Out Summary provides a consolidated view of all materials transferred out from one branch to another during a selected period. Unlike the Transfer Out Register, which shows transaction-level details, the Summary gives an aggregated report grouped by product, category, or branch, helping businesses analyze overall stock movement trends.
To access the Summary, go to: Home > Application > Reports > Inventory > Transfer Out > Summary
How can I get Benefit ?
- Quick Overview : Get a high-level summary of all stock transferred out without going into detailed transactions.
- Branch-wise Analysis : Compare total transfers made from different branches or warehouses.
- Category Insights : View movement trends across categories or products for better stock planning.

Transfer Out Summary Reports
- Select the Branch from the dropdown.
- Set the From Date and To Date to define the period for the report.
- Click on
Showbutton.
- The summary shows all transfer out records together for the chosen period.
Grouping in Transfer Out Summary
The Transfer Out Summary supports drag-and-drop grouping to organize data more effectively.
- Drag a column header (e.g., Product, Category) and drop it into the grouping panel above the table.
- The report will then display results grouped under that column.
- Multiple columns can be grouped together (e.g., first by Category, then by Product).
- Each group can be expanded or collapsed for better readability.
